  1. THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES .

    ARTICLE. 1.

SECTION. 8 The congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, etc.

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes.

As reported in Hartford Courant 7/1/12 - Justice Robert's Ruling On Health Care Took Guts.

In the majority opinion written by Justice Roberts, the Supreme Court held that the mandate to buy health lnsurance under the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) is unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause, although Justice Roberts found that it's constitutional under Congress' power to tax. It is on these grounds that Justice Roberts upheld the constitutionality of Obamacare, siding with the four liberal justices of the Supreme Court.

  2. Maybe because he has the most popular radio show in Connecticut?

  3. EDITORIAL: The fact that Ex-Governor John Rowland, through his WTIC Radio Show, is already the most listened to radio show in Connecticut. With Mr. Rowland's Radio Broadcast shining so much light on the sleazy and seemingly unethical partnership between Danny Boy Gov. Malloy and the unions, these radical zealots will do little more than to push John Rowland's Radio Ratings through the ceiling!

  4. I think what has the communist Democrats coming unglued is that if Rowland were to run for governor tomorrow, he is so imminently popular, there is no question he would win by a landslide!
