New Britain Landlord Licensing Ordinance is worse than the first proposal that we brought a lawsuit over.

We have some bad news to report. The revised New Britain Landlord Licensing Ordinance is worse than the first proposal that we brought a lawsuit over.

Please attend an informative meeting this Tuesday evening as Attorney Dan Silver  explains how the revised ordinance is more damaging than the first ordinance.

Not only can the revised policy cost you much more than the original $150 fee, the new language potentially puts owners at risk of losing their property due to tenant caused damage and mischief!

There will also be an update on the effort to repeal the "911 Hot Spot Ordinance" at the State Capitol. Please ask all rental property owners to attend this event so we can work together to make sensible housing policy that works in New Britain.

WHEN: Tuesday April 9th at 6:30pm

WHERE: Whinstone Restaurant, 245 Hartford Rd, New Britain

  1. The New Britain Herald should be charged a fee to attend this meeting since it is, in effect, representing exclusively, the interests Sherwood and the Mayor.

Of course we'll call it a donation.
