Senator Blumenthal reacts against Russia

U.S. Sen. Richard Blumenthal told parishioners in New Haven that he supported economic aid to the country and a stricter response to Russia.   He also indicated that sales for war equipment should be stopped by the us and our Allies which includes France, Germany, and England.
