Chairman McNamara came to the meeting ill prepared--without even being able to name or remember the names of the candidates vying for the Democratic Endorsements.
He singled me out during the meeting since I appeared to be the only "Conservative Democratic Candidate" in attendance.
Ms. Rosemary Klotz, the committee's recording secretary, was very proud to speak of the city's diversity and how meaningful that is to her personally and how she believes that diversity is important for the general well being of all the city's residents.
Apparently, Ms. Klotz was not including "Conservative Democrats" in her definition of "diversity."

Ms. Klotz's version of diversity seems quite in sync with Mr. Sherwood's interpretation that a former vacancy on the common council "belonged" to a Puerto Rican.
More social engineering from our local socialist party.
If you are a voluntary member of a group you also assume a share of responsibility for the actions and, their resulting consequences, of that group, both good and bad. You can't divorce yourself from that responsibility by stating that you are opposed to the groups actions or its' philosophy.
how can you call yourself a conservative and be affiliated with the socialist party???

I guess what you are attempting to say is that if you are a registered Democrat, then you must also be a communist!
people judge you by the company you keep Mr. Smith, associate with communists....
Democrats seem to love demonizing Republicans, but where would they be without the Republicans who work so hard and pay all those taxes to support their members who don't work, pay no taxes, have no skin in the game?
It is time to DUMP Mac Namara and Klotz. All democrats are NOT communists. Some of my best friends are dems.
The problem is that the regular dems are led by the nose and are too willings and LAZY to change.

Surely, McNamara has the DTC stacked with fellow liberals. At least two Democratic alderman have told me that they just go along with the liberals or they will not be endorsed. We have seen that happen. So much for real democrary!

NEXT WEEK'S DTC ENDORSEMENT SESSION IS SIMPLY FOR PUBLIC CONSUMPTION. NO QUESTION THAT THE COMMUNIST/SOCIALIST/NEVER HELD A REAL JOB/TERMINAL POLITICIAN/CARPETBAGGER/ARM FLAILING/CAREER FREELOADING GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE FROM MANCHESTER, AKA, TIM O'BRIEN WILL BE ENDORSED BY THE DTC AND THE WORKING FAMILIES PARTY/ACORN. THE REST OF THE SHOW FROM THE OTHERS WHO HAVE SAID THEY ARE CANDIDATES IS SIMPLY A SMOKE SCREEN. SWEATY HANSHAKE ANYONE?
