Texas has solved this problem years ago. Once someone commits such a crime the first time, they would be considered extremely lucky to live long enough to ever see the outside of a prison again. I just read about an 18 year old that a Texas judge sentenced to 100 years in prison and in Texas 100 years means exactly that--100 years. What do you think his chances are?
Dictator Dan has already announced his plans to free all the drug dealers that are behind bars. He says he believes they are still able to be productive members of society. Besides, how many governors have had their own homes searched by police executing a search warrant on their home?
