That's because this mayor has been even more aggressive than Joe Arpaio about locking up illegal aliens.
Compare this city's safety rating with that of New Haven where Juan DeStefano kisses their illegal asses instead of putting them in jail where each and every one of them belongs.
This is a credit to Mayor Boughton who actually gets it. Great job Mark you should be our next Governor!
Governor Rowland just called Boughton the future of Connecticut.
