obviously some towns can get things done but not here in New Britain.

Berlin. They do nothing to assist with good solid development. Has anyone seen how close to the road this new Depot Crossing project is?
It nearly hits the ugly telephone poles that still line the town? The state of CT just completed a huge railway project and new street scape in that area but the crooked and unsightly telephone poles were left. No proposal to finally install underground utilities. That request would have had to come from town leaders.
Guess they were afraid to have to open up their pocket books.
