There wasn't ENOUGH TIME to display the stimulus bill for 48 hrs. on the internet, for the American people to see, and before the final vote.

However, there IS ENOUGH TIME for the stimulus bill to set on Obama's desk for THREE DAYS before he signs it!!!

The truth is that they don't want you to see what is in it. They are trying to hide all the pork they just passed for their friends, like the $5 billion for ACORN, or the $30 million to protect a mouse in San Francisco.

Just keep working to pay your taxes so they can keep wasting it like this.

Nancy "moron" Pelosi and her husband are the biggest "pork" recipients of the Stimulus Bill. And, she was in charge of creating it along with Harry Reid. This woman is dangerous and is second in line to succeed the Pres. should another catastophe occur in that office. You think Bush was a moron? Check her out - she's a disaster! Check what they received for DelMonte Foods for American Samoa - Pelosi and her husband are among the biggest stockholders in this company (Starkist Tuna, etc.). Will we ever learn?

If Obama's fear mongering about the great depression of the 30's is good policy depends on what his goal is - if the goal really is about restoring economic growth in the American system....But

But if Obama's goal is to dramatically expand the power and reach of government and move the US closer to a command economy, and entrench the Democrat Party as the power brokers over that government controlled economy for at least the next generation - the Obama's goal is socialism.

I suggest that Mr. Obama add Mr. Roosevelt's remarks throughout the 30's to his own reading list. The sooner the better. Likewise, Mr. Lincoln's remarks during the Civil War.

Franklin Roosevelt had a better approach when he remarked that "fear itself" is the most fearsome thing.

Then perhaps the president can abandon his present Chicken Little routine.

Giving people tax payer money if they buy a new car is ridiculous!! Why not give LEGAL US CITIZEN-HOME OWNERS $5,000 each in order to pay their PROPERTY TAX BILLS!!

I am sick and tired of having taxpayer money go down the inner city welfare and illegal alien toilet.
