An alert should be sent out regarding to the dangers of improperly disposing of fluorescent bulbs and how cautiously handle the residue of a broken bulb.
Should the electric companies send out warnings about the dangers of the mercury in the bulbs, should they break? Also, why can't consumers return the used bulbs to their local electric company?
