It's a slap in the face for towns like New Britain, who are investing in economic development, such as revitalizing downtown and in the process of creating an office park at Pinnacle Heights. With Connecticut becoming less business friendly, who would want to bring their businesses here?
I think Connecticut will have a Republican legislature after next election!!
