This is nothing more than an attempt to expand socialism in this state. The more secrecy the government can hide behind, the more freedom they have to oppress its citizens.
We still have too many secrecy laws in this state. Look at how John Rowland was able to conceal the police report filed against him by his ex-wife, or the president of UConn was able to get divorced in total secrecy while everyone else's divorce must be conduct in the open.
This bill will only expand the power of people with connections to hid behind secrecy laws while the rest of us are left out in the public view.
