Deciding court case law on the basis of "Empathy" really means ruling in favor of politically-influential constituencies.

We citizens living here in New Britain got a preview of the law of "Empathy" in Mr. Obama administration's effort to violate the legal rights of Chrysler's secured creditors in order to funnel money to the United Auto Workers Union.

Screw the Chrysler Stock-holders - Socialism is the goal of Mr. Obama and the word "Empathy" is another word for lawlessness.

Where is the investigation by the Chief State's Attorney's Office into the alleged criminal activity by an elected official? Isn't that what the Public Integrity Unit of his office was created for, or is that only for the public Integrity of Republicans while Democrats are free to commit crimes?

How About it Chief State's Attorney Kane, let's see some public integrity for a change?
