This seems very clear that it will be yet another case where Judge Sotomayor will be overturned by the Supreme Court, but maybe just like a certain member of the New Britain City Council, she will probably vote on her own case once she is on the Court.

I'll bet if the student were a minority, Judge Sotomayor would have had just the opposite opinion. At least that is what her record suggests, that she is only in favor of fairness if the victim is a minority.

Sotomayor's racist comment about how a Latina women would more times than not make a better decision than a white male would exclude her from serving on a jury in virtually any court in this land, but now we have someone so radical that she would be excluded from serving on a jury being nominated to the highest court in the land!
