so, police officers will be paid overtime to issue tickets that the court cancels for anyone who mails in the ticket with a not guilty plea?
sounds like a responsible use for tax dollars.
there has also been no study that ever supported that these cell phone laws prevent any accidents. the last study showed that after evaluating millions of accidents, there were similar percentages of accidents involving people talking on hand held phones and using hands free devices, so once again, this is nothing but another feel good law that the Democrats have forced upon the public that accomplishes NOTHING.
