If a state prohibits the federal government from providing health care to its citizens, the federal government would be barred by the 10th amendment from interfering with the states rights. Obama might very well find out that his universal health care isn't so universal after all with socialist medicine in liberal states and premium, private health care in the conservative states, and this fight may very well lead to more secession movements.

I'm sure we could count on the Democrats in our legislature to resist federalism. They are too stupid to realize that the Constitution grants them more power than Congress, so it is about time they exercised it and resisted some of this nonsense like Texas, Montana, and a few other states.
