Thr CT State Democrats did try to "GIVE IT" to small businesses. Fortunately, Gov. Rell vetoed their (Democratic) budget. Also, did the commenter really mean "PIG FARTS IN NEW YORK?" That's a beauty.; July 3, 2009 at 1:37 PM

Yes he did mean that, and President Obama spent over $200,000 in stimulus money to study pig's farts in New York State.
