How Do Falls Affect Older People? - Connecticut News Story - WFSB Hartford

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an adult aged 65 or over is treated in an U.S. emergency department every 18 seconds -- and every 35 minutes an older adult dies as a result of their injuries. One in three older adults falls every year in the United States.

If the liberals get their way, these elderly people will have to wait 3 to 5 years for admission to the hospital and most of them will more than likely die before they can get the socialist health care rationing body to approve their needed treatments.
