Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin Won't Seek Re-Election
Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin will not seek a second term in 2010, according to sources familiar with the governor's thinking, freeing her to build a national political team and travel the country in support of an expected 2012 presidential bid.

Gov. Sarah Palin announced that she will be leaving office as Governor this July 26th.
I think she's making a mistake. She should test the waters before deciding if a presidential run is wise.
I am disappointed and confused by her decision. I believe if you quit elected office you cannot run for president.
Sarah Palin's move made sense to me! She is wasting her time in Alaska with Democrats running her into debt defending herself against silly charges. That is their plan and she understands it.
Now, she is free to write a book, have her choice of speaking engagements[she has had hundreds of offers] earn some money for her family, get to meet many influential people and get favorable press, if that is possible.
I like Sarah, but my vote will go to Mitt Romney. If he had been elected, we would not be afraid of the mess Obama is making. If nothing else, maybe voters will wise up!
Although I voted for Jphn McCain, I would have voted for Mitt Romney if he won the primary.
There's a strong possibility I'll vote for Sara Palin if Romney doesn't run.
Sarah Palin should complete her full term as Governor of Alaska.

Why is it that the American people are willing to elect and accept a Democrat majority in both houses of congress, a majority that is willing to accept the fact that a lunatic like Nancy Pelosi is second in line for the presidency after Supergaffe Biden, yet many of these same Americans berate, poke fun at and denigrate Sarah Palin?

Maybe they are jealous at how incredibly responsible she has run that state?
No budget problems in Alaska (or any other Republican controlled state for that matter), something we can't say here in Connecticut thanks to the "let's seize every dollar we can and give it away in social programs" Democrats who control our legislature!
To listen to our Connecticut legislators, you would think money did grow on trees.

Goes back to Chicago and works as a "community organizer." Has connections to ACORN.
Is elected to the State legislature there. Is distiguished by his record of having voted "PRESENT" over 175 times -he didn't take a stand on anything.
Is noted for his oratorical skills.
Gets elected to U.S. Senate; is invited to speak at 2004 Democratic pres. convention. Wows the crowd.
After an undistinguished record in the U.S. Senate & after serving less than 2 yrs. he runs for President and, in Nov. of 2007 is elected. Is known as wishy washy on all issues but he speaks well.
Is now the president and has made more stupid decisions thatn Jimmy Carter.
Most major news media don't dare trash him or any member of his family for anything - mother-in-law lives at the white house.
There you have it: NO RECORD OF DISTINCTION; DON'T KNOW WHERE HE WAS BORN; JUNK FOR EXPERIENCE; HIS CONNECTIONS HELP HIM BUY A MULTIMILLION DOLLAR HOUSE IN CHICAGO (SWEETHEART DEAL).; BLAMES ALL HIS TROUBLES ON GEORGE BUSH; STIMULUS PLAN THAT EXPLODES UNEMPLOYMENT; APOLOGIZES ALL OVER THE WORLD FOR AMERICA; BOWS TO THE SAUDI KING., etc., etc.
NOW COMPARE ALL OF THIS TO WHAT THE MEDIA AND EVERYONE ELSE HAVE DONE TO SARAH PALIN AND HER FAMILY. IS THIS AMERICA OR WHAT?
