Dictator Obama isn't going to be happy if he doesn't get his way.
As Americans across the nation struggle with a historic recession that has produced unprecedented unemployment, Congress is considering job-killing legislation that will result in additional costs and burdens on small businesses forcing many to close their doors kicking our economy while it’s down.
The legislation, the Employee ‘Forced’ Choice Act (EFCA) would eliminate a worker’s right to a secret ballot instead exposing employees to a public, card-check process whereby union bosses can intimidate and coerce them into favoring unionization. If that’s not bad enough, once a union is formed, this legislation lets a government arbitrator into the workplace to force a contract on the employees and employers without their consent.
Something like this doesn’t seem possible in the land of the free, does it? Unfortunately it is all too real; the U.S. House of Representatives has already voted in favor of this legislation.
