FLUORESCENT TYPE BLUBS CONTAINS MERCURY
Because fluorescents contain mercury, a toxic metal, they must never be placed into the trash.
They are many disposable firms such as Home Depot that will accept these bulbs for disposal.
In the event of a bulb breakage within the home clear the home of people and pets and open a window for at least twenty minutes.
DO NOT VACUUM!
Pick up the large pieces with a cardboard picking up the small residue with a damp cloth or sticky type and placing all this contaminate material into a glass jar for disposal.
BEWARE OF THE DANGERS FROM BEING EXPOSED TO MERCURY.

Aren't these the Chinese made light bulbs that the liberals have been forcing on everyone?
There are none of these fluorescents that are made in the USA, but yet the incandescent bulbs they replace are made in America.
What sense does all this make?
this is why I use good old fashion American light bulbs, but I will not buy one made by GE because of their political extremist views.
