It is amazing to me to see the adverse comments made against Alderman Salvio for his calling in the HUD agency to investigate the obvious conflicts of interests regarding certain Democratic Alderman whose family members are in a position to benefit from their council votes.
These comments are apparently made by the left wing extremists of the Democratic Party.
The Democrats are unable to defend their infamous 13-2 vote that denied the unanimous recommended sanctions by the ethics committee against their own, Alderman Paul Catanzaro, all done in violation of the oath taken by the 13 Alderman to protect the city charter when they sat back and witnessed a blatant violation of the charter and then failed to fulfill their sworn duty to uphold the city charter.
It is amazing how nasty these Democrats get when confronted with the truth about their radical agenda.

Over and over, the more the truth emerges about these radical extremists that have hijacked the leadership of our beloved party, the nastier they get because the public is paying more attention and their lies are no longer working.

The real Fact: Funds were withheld By HUD for the past two years because of the conflicts of interest by the Alderman in question.
My advise to you sir: Go back and drink the kool aid you mentioned better yet enjoy the Barack "O" berry soda instead.
Frank, the very article that dope is quoting says that the funds were withheld by the federal government.
This is just another example of liberals trying to hide from the truth about their radical agenda.
Big surprise!!! The recommendations of the ethics board are meaningless to the Democrats...remember the Rick Lopes fiasco a couple of years ago? He's still an aide to Senator Donald DiFronzo. What a joke!!
That's why we call these left wing loons "The Untouchables" because they feel they can do whatever they want even when it involves your money.
