This is due to the tax and spend Democrats that are hijacking our legislature with their ever increasing socialist giveaways of our money.
7000 small businesses closed or moved out of Connecticut the first quarter of 2009. Each small business averaged 6 employees. At a minimum this represents 42,000 jobs LOST.
Pratt talks about closing shop and losing 1000 jobs and the unions and the governor put $163 M on the table. For 1000 jobs?
Where was the $6.846 B (42,000 * $163 M) for small business then?
What leadership in Hartford?
