This report sheds light on how our state legislators view the general public.

The responses from our elected officials are shamefully misleading and inadequate.

"ALL" state employees should be reprimanded for violations of employee conduct rules.

Mr. Defronzo, Mr. O'Brien and Mr. O’Neil should all be held accountable.

The apparent lies and deception of Mr. Defronzo is especially alarming. It is very clear that he misrepresented the facts. There was no "Formal Investigation" and he is fully aware that there was not going to be one.

Well the question now must be why has Mr. Defronzo intentionally mislead the press. What were Mr. Defronzo and Mr. O'Brien aware of and how involved in the smear campaign were they?

Likewise Mr. Starks is in clear violation of the employee rules and that case also should be investigated and anyone found to have miss-lead or was aware of these violations and did not enforce the rules for employee conduct should be reprimanded.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

Independent Voter:

You raise some good questions. They apparently think we are all stupid enough to believe that this one lowly clerk acted alone without any of the big shots knowing, or directing him?
