One of my readers wrote to Senator Joe Lieberman on August 7th to express his opinion against President Obama's plan to socialize health care in America with a government run health care system. On October 3rd, the reader received the form letter that is shown here, dated September 3rd, so it took 2 months for a form letter that is a month old to arrive. I wonder if government run health care would be this efficient?
The reader asked Senator Lieberman to supply his schedule for town hall events in August, and Senator Lieberman's response says that the Senator cherishes the times he spent stopping in Diners across the state to talk to "Nutmeggers." Since we know that Senator Lieberman spent the August recess traveling across Europe and the Middle East with Senator McCain at taxpayer expense, I wonder what diners that Senator Lieberman could have visited to discuss Obamacare with?
Many may recall that during the Vice Presidential debate, Senator Biden said he was well aware of the opinions of his Delaware voters because he often meets with them at Katie's Diner in Wilimington. The only problem: Katie's Diner has been out of business for over 20 years! So I wonder what diners Senator Lieberman met with Nutmeggers at? Was Katie's Diner one of them? In any event, Senator Lieberman didn't get to hear from any of his constituents while touring Europe and the Middle East, did he?

Maybe he is referring to a diner in Pakistan where he dined with his good friend, John McCain?
Sounds like it is time for 2 new Republican Senators here in CT?
I received this very same letter today, and it too is dated September 3.
Apparently anyone who took the time to contact Lieberman to oppose Obamacare received the same form letter response.
I guess Lieberman was too busy traveling around the world with John McCain at our expense to take the time to listen to his constituents or even take the time to change the date on his printing machine.
