I guess Governor Perry resents a Marxist trying to tell him how to run his state!

My kind of Governor. Don't let those socialists push you around, Governor!

I liked how the Governor encouraged Texans to rise up and revolt against socialism!

Rick Perry is governor of the most financially sound state in the country--because it is run by Republicans and they steadfastly reject socialism and Democrats in that state!

Texas is the example that all 49 other states should aspire to.

A handful of people should not decide the fate of 300 million. If this health care bill passes, Texas should nullify it as being unconstitutional. They should also review and nullify any and all other legislation coming out of Washington that enforces their tyrannical rule over the people. By the way the states are joined into this union voluntarily. Any state can leave this voluntary union whenever it wants and the federal government has absolutely no authority to stop them.

It is about time to see the return of the Republic of Texas!

Texas by itself is the world's 6th largest economy, so lets see how bankrupt Washington becomes when Governor Perry keeps his promise to take his state out of the union and once again becomes an independent nation!

Sometimes this Floridian thinks about moving to Texas just because of Rick Perry. I hope he beats out Hutchinson and goes on to win the seat. Then onwards from there. The GOP needs young, smart men to take over the party. I am getting tired of all these old worn out congressmen.

Republican Kay Bailey Hutchison, who is challenging Texas Gov. Rick Perry for his job, is planning to keep her U.S. Senate seat until after the state's March gubernatorial primary.

COULD THIS BE BECAUSE SHE TRAILS PERRY BY MORE THAN 20 POINTS IN THE LATEST POLL?
