The fact that you were involved in the state's largest swindle of investor's money doesn't mean you can't be trusted with $100 million of the people's money even if you are being named in another scandal involving some of the same principles of the Colonial Realty scheme?
Certainly the S.E.C. didn't seem to think much of his trustwothiness, did they?
