Jody needs to engage the services of a private law firm that specializes in Constitutional Law, because Blumenthal is clearly demonstrating he is unwilling to do his job to protect the citizens of Connecticut, choosing instead to protect his crony Dodd!
Knowing that he could speak favorably about a piece of crap like Dodd tells you what kind of a character he is!
