Apology to Mr. James Craven Staff Writer of the New Britain Herald
In my recent story "The Herald Wrong With the Capacity of Police Commissioners" I incorrectly attributed the article to reporter James Craven instead of the actual author of the story, reporter Lisa Backus. I was correct (as supported by the state statute cited in my article) in pointing out the misstatement in the article reporting the position of Police Commissioner as being "largely a ceremonial function," but did accidentally attribute this missinformation to the wrong reporter. James Craven has recently demonstrated his ability for investigative reporting, so I should have realized that was not the type of error normally found in his stories. I apologize to Mr. Craven for this mistake as I set the record straight.

I couldnt agree with you more Frank. Mr. Craven is a investigative reporter who fact checks things like this.
He is doing a wonderful job at making the socialist democrats look like idiots! I laugh out loud every morning when I read the paper.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MR. CRAVEN KEEP GOING AFTER THE OBSTRUCTIONIST LIBERAL LOONS.
I'm sure Candelori is fond of Mr. Craven's investigative reporting!
At least Frank is willing to admit when he is wrong. I don't see the Herald rushing to admit their mistake.
I would expect the Herald to blame the state law for being wrong by not agreeing with them!
it must be George Bush's fault! LOLOLOLOL
Appears the Herald is just going to let their misinformation stand, despite a law that contradicts their report.
the herald make mistakes? never!
don't hold your breath waiting for the elitist leftists to admit their error.
