And what about Tercyak saying he didn't read the report before it was submitted? This is the way he operates with all important documents? This will just be another whitewash situation by the Herald.
As of 2:00P.M. today, the Herald had not posted any more public comments/blogs since this morning. That ought to make Jim Smith happy.
