As the report says, there may never be a recovery for Connecticut unless the state drastically changes the way it does business--reducing spending and reducing the bloat of state bureaucracy!

Maybe it is time for our elected leaders in Hartford to study the huge success of Texas. Glenn Beck just had an entire one hour show highlighting how every state should try to emulate Texas for its financial stability, but the Democrats would never go along with that because Texas is a "right to work" state where unions literally have no rights!
