HARTFORD: Legislative Committee Holds Hearing On Whether Obama's Healthcare Violates 10th Amendment: WTNH

Connecticut may follow other states that have already determined that the federal government has no authority over health care, because the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution specifically reserves those rights not delegated to the federal government by the Constitution as reserved for the states and the people.

I heard that the Virginia legislature just passed a law that prevents a citizen of Virginia from being forced to purchase health care--by Obama or anyone else.
