I have done work in that facility before, and I have to tell you that whole plant is like a bunch of snails working there. They put themselves out of a job.
If we don't wake up and get control of these unions, your going to see more companies do what Pratt is doing.
If that shop was NON-Union they would never close it. Way to go union brothers!!

They won't work faster because they are in a union and can do as little as the want and management is powerless to do anything about it, other than to keep paying and paying.
I hope that once the company gets out from under Blumenthal's dictatorlike order keeping them here like prisoners behind the iron curtain, that the company closes everything and lays off tens of thousands, to move their jobs to a "right to work" state. It would serve this state right to be taught a lesson like that!
Just another example of a company that started in the USA and now leaves us and goes to other countries to get workers. Americans should put these companies out of business since they are more self interest than wanting to help the country that got them started. I bet our own goverment is even stupid enough to give them tax payers money as well. Pratt & Whitney is not loyal to the American Worker.
