No different from all the other special funds like save the sound and fishing license fees, all going to the general fund. When is the bait and switch going to stop?
Didn't such high taxation on tobacco over the last couple of years cause countless number of people to either stop smoking, or, at the very least, cut down considerably?
More taxes to fund their ever-growing socialist programs. More than 50% of Americans currently do not pay a dime in taxes and live free off the government, and that number is growing everyday.
