This isn't any different than a Secretary of State swearing under penalties of false statement, year after year to save $50, that she doesn't actively engage in the practice of law in Connecticut, and now declaring she has been actively engaged in the practice of law in Connecticut for 10 years, to meet the minimum requirements of the office she is running for.
In my opinion, it is the Secretary of State's duty to scrutinize each application for elected office to verify the candidate meets the minimum qualifications, and by accepting her own filing for attorney general when she knows she doesn't meet the legal requirements, constitutes an impeachable action on her part as Secretary of State.

Frank Smith has never claimed to be a journalist or even a "wannabee." If Frank is a blogger of no consequence why do you read his stuff or even comment on it for that matter?

Sounds like you struck a nerve with one of the local radical extremists. He calls the Canadian Press absurd, when it is the claim that Obama is acutally a natural born American citizen that is absurb. Like everything else with these extremists, the truth is something they work hard to conceal.
ROFL, I guess you answered that screwball view about Frank proclaiming to be a wannabee journalist. If he doesn't like what is being said here, please do us all a favor and spare us your radical views by spreading your worship for the anointed one someplace else, like a communist convention or some other gathering of anti-American radicals.
Back to your comment about being a conservative Democrat, it has been my experience that most of the Democrats in New Britain are conservative. They mean well, but perhaps need to be educated that the NB conservatives are being represented by liberal Democrats. There is a huge difference in their political philosophy.
Frankly, all of my Democratic friends vote Republican. Peter Gostin should entice them to change parties, but then....you have the RTC which is headed an Obama lover! And why??? They tell me that no one else wanted the job. NB Republicans get WHAT THEY DESERVE!
They rap on about Sherwood and McNamara and offer No solutions. I have made suggestions which have been ignored because it takes work.

You should listen to Dick Morris who was a Democrat who considered himself a center conservative Democrat when he worked in the Clinton White House.
Mr. Morris said there is no such thing as a conservative Democrat since the radical extremists hijacked the Democratic Party, and that is why he went from working for Bill Clinton to being proud to be a Republican.
Maybe it is about time you followed Dick Morris' lead, and left that radical party you are affiliated with, and joined the only party that represents old fashioned, mainstream American values--the Republican Party.

Frank, you should be ashamed of yourself. The truth posing as journalism! It appears the liberals are coming unglued because mainstream America is awaking to their socialist agenda.
Frank is more a journalist without even trying than you will find in any of the lamestream media. At least he is fair and balanced like the most watched news network in America.
I can see what the liberals are talking about. Rick Guinness, formerly of the left leaning New Britain Herald is certainly running a journalistic site that any New Britain Democrat can be really proud of!
