When it comes to religious issues, the USA under Barack Obama falls all over itself trying to bow to Muslim controlled governments and the religion of Islam. But let some member of a Christian sect, minister, priest, medical doctor or other private citizen of any country and our newspapers, TV commentators, columnists, institutions - e.g., St. Francis Hospital - etc., be involved in some antisocial or military activity and immediately, that person's personal faith comes in to question. Witness the recent Englehart, political cartoon in the Courant depicting the Pope as a nail being used to nail Christ to the cross. I am sick and tired of this President forever kissing the "global , Muslim derriere" while de facto removing First Amendment rights of American citizens. Why no Presidential outrage at Englehart and those of his ilk? We have had local examples of this right here in the State of Connecticut: the black balling of Jews, Catholics, Italians, Poles, etc., from private golf clubs, to name one. But has Barack ever inssued an "encyclical" on this kind of activity?
