A reminder for all to attend the Mayor's presentation of the City's budget this evening in the council chambers at 7 PM.

I can't wait to see the look on the democrats faces when they see that the Mayor did not increase taxes.
All dems want to do is tax.
First of all, the Mayor will present his proposed City Budget tonight. Since the Mayor does not have final income figures - what will the State offer - his budget is only a projection of what might be the City's Budget. Also, the Council has 60 days to adjust the budget before voting on it.
I don't know where the "Anonymous said..." commenter (probably a Democrat trick) got his information, but chances are, unless there are massive layoffs, etc., there will be a tax increase.
