This hospital continues to bleed millions and millions of dollars in losses to the taxpayers, so how is making it even bigger going to help this state do anything but go bankrupt faster?

UCONN has proven that no one, not even Obama, can piss away money faster!

Instead of selling airports, this is the first asset the state should be looking into selling!

Hartford Hospital made the state a serious offer to buy Dempsey Hospital, but the radicals in the legislature demanded Hartford Hospital agree to negotiate with the unions, and Hartford Hospital has a history of not tolerating unions on their property, so the deal died mainly because the radical legislature was doing the bidding of the unions instead of representing the people of Connecticut.
