The liberal left wing slanted reporting continues. In order to downplay the arrest anymore, they would have to report that it never happened in the first place.

They obviously felt coerced into printing something after being called out on the carpet by so many on this blog, and this is clearly the result.

Does anyone think this would be the extent of the coverage if this same incident involved a Republican member of the council? In fact, didn't they recently run headlines reporting an old case against a Republican even after the case was dismissed and the record erased?

They hype up an erased old record on a Republican and downplay the current arrest of a Democrat, and then they wonder why they continue to turn away readers?

Please visit www.nbrtc.com/signup and sign up for NBRTC e-mail alerts. And please share this address with friends and family and encourage them to sign up. The unions, teachers, municpal employees, firefighters, etc. they're all organized. It's time for taxpayers and property owners to get organized too.

I too am sick and tired as I see the New Britain Herald as the most extreme liberal paper going, even more leftist than the New York Times and MSNBC.

I guess the new owner is demonstrating that he isn't a very good businessman because he purchased a failing enterprise and instead of turning it around, he appears to be expanding on the activities that were causing it to fail in the first place.

It's his money, so I guess he is still free to do what he wants with it for the time being.
