Democratic leaders are mourning the death of one of their great leaders, Senator Robert Byrd. The Senator was once a high ranking leader of the Ku Klux Klan (Byrd held the titles Kleagle (recruiter) and Exalted Cyclops), and will be remembered for some of his famous statements:
In 1944, Byrd wrote to segregationist Mississippi Senator Theodore Bilbo: “I will never submit to fight beneath that banner with a Negro by my side. Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds."”
In 1946 or 1947 Byrd wrote a letter to the KKK Grand Wizard stating: “The Klan is needed today as never before and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia. It is necessary that the order be promoted immediately and in every state in the Union. Will you please inform me as to the possibilities of rebuilding the Klan realm of W. Va.”
Byrd joined with other Southern and border-state Democrats to filibuster the Civil Rights Act of 1964,[27] personally filibustering the bill for 14 hours.
This is the man that Democratic leaders in Washington are portraying as one of their all time heroes, and you wonder why Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was so proud to be a Republican?

You could make a similar video featuring Sherwood, Trueworthy, Cantazaro, Adam, Eva M., and even Johnny Mel.
You would have a video I am sure would make Little Mack extremely proud of his minions!
reminds me so much of the dems on the NB council!
