It is more appropriately called "cap and tax" and it will directly cause elimination of several million jobs to China. Anyone who supports this is in favor of shipping even more manufacturing jobs to China.
This cap and tax could be the radical movement that might bring unemployment to 20% in this country. I am sure the new ATM tax that Democrats proposed today will help too! Imagine every time you use your ATM card, being charged an extra 1% of the transaction in the form of a federal tax. That is coming soon to a bank near you!
Someone has to pay for all these socialist programs. Nothing if ever free!
Keep electing Democrats and keep paying through the nose!
