I want to see O'Brien get arrested for this, along with Sherwood, Trueworthy, Little Mac. They are doing this for their own personal and political gain. Also O'Brien is a state rep for a VERY LITTLE section of NB and a few blocks in Newington. Honestly an Aldermen in the city reperesents more people then he does. O'Brien is a joke, and would have no support if it wasnt for the Unions backing him

Alderman Pissy Pants is now taking on the entire police dept because he didn't get his way. Didn't he previously make some sort of claim on this blog about being able to tell the police whether or not to make an arrest? He certainly does seem to imagine himself having some huge power over the police dept, doesn't he?

Sounds like Sherwood is really in a pickle, especially since Trueworthy is on the record as saying that the mayor didn't threaten Sherwood.

Sounds like it is time for the police department to start an investigation, but this time to look into the possibility that someone may have made a false report to police?

The only way you will ever put this city on the right track is to rid the council of these liberals who push their radical agenda no matter what it costs the taxpayers. 10 of the 11 Democrats have voted endlessly to push one radical measure after another, the only Democrat who has rejected some of the issues that were bad for the city was Alderman Carlozi. The other 10 need to replaced if we are ever going to stop this childish game playing and get on to running the city for the benefit of the taxpayers. The people need to rise up against these elitists who have demonstrated time and again that they couldn't care less what the taxpayers want, that all they are concerned with is pushing a radical socialist agenda no matter what. It is time for New Britain to push back in a similar fashion to the way the rest of the country is rejecting these socialists. Next year in the municipal elections, put a stop to socialism and vote Republican because the Republican party is the party of the people!

Sherwood has gone over the top on this issue. I don't believe it's wise to attempt to impugn the integrity of the police, especially, Chief Gagliardi and Lieutenant Wardwell.

Sherwood's actions are disrespectful. He cares only about himself and not one bit about New Britain or its people.
