I agree! Do those people understand the depth of the crime. If that happened to my family, I don't think they would even make it to court!!!!

And you have 2 Democrats running for Governor who both say they will spare Hayes and Komisarjefsky from the death penalty if they are elected!

Vote for Lamont or Malloy and spare these 2 poor gentlemen the harsh treatment of the wicked government. Both candidates promise to spare them from the death penalty!

So basically, Dr. Petit is encouraging the entire state to vote Republican and run these radicals out of the state house!

These are just some of the people executed in Texas this year:

7/20/2010 Derrick Jackson Murder and robbery of two men in their apartment.
7/2/2010 Michael Perry Robbery and murder of three people.
6/15/2010 David Powell Murder of a police officer at a traffic stop.
6/2/2010 George Jones Carjacking murder of a 22-year-old man.
5/25/2010 John Alba Murder of his estranged wife while invading her home.
5/19/2010 Rogelio Cannady Murder of his prison cellmate.
5/13/2010 Billy Galloway Murder of a man during a robbery.
5/12/2010 Kevin Varga Murder of a man during a robbery.
4/27/2010 Samuel Bustamante Murder of a man during an attempted robbery.
4/22/2010 William Berkley Abduction, rape, robbery, and murder of an 18-year-old woman.
3/30/2010 Franklin Alix Murder of a man in the course of raping and robbing the man's sister.
3/11/2010 Joshua Maxwell Murder of a sheriff's deputy.
3/2/2010 Michael Sigala Murder and robbery of a couple in their home.
1/12/2010 Gary Johnson Murder of two men while burglarizing a ranch.
1/7/2010 Kenneth Mosley Murder of a police officer during an attempted bank robbery.

Most of these executions were carried out in just a couple of years from the date of the crime, not like Connecticut where we have inmates who have been sitting on death row for more than 30 years waiting to be executed.

For anyone who has never left the lunatic liberal state of Connecticut, this is what justice looks like!

We have 2 candidates for governor who promise if they are elected, they will spare Komisarjefsky and Hayes from this cruel punishment.

I wonder if these 2 were accused of raping and murdering Malloy's or Lamont's children, murdering their wife and then attempting to murder Malloy or Lamont, they would still feel so protective of them or that subjecting them to the death penalty was so cruel?

Had the criminal justice system done its job in the first place, this incident never would have happened because both of these thugs would have been in prison, but thanks to the liberal do-gooders who run this state, they were walking the streets when they should have been behind bars.

Didn't I read that one of them had 78 felony convictions, and the other only did a couple of years for a brutal rape and was just paroled shortly before this incident to make room for more prisoners?

So you see the problem isn't as much about the death penalty as it is about a failing liberal system that fails to hold criminals responsible for their actions.
