If you are happy with the direction that Obama, Pelosi and Reid are taking this country (right down the crapper) then Blumenthal is your man to help finish flushing us down the bowl.

If you want change, real change you can believe in, then Linda is your choice. She is the real Washington outsider who knows what it takes to run a business, and have to deal with the ridiculous regulations and taxes that these idiots keep forcing onto small businesses.

What has Blumenthal ever done besides suing businesses out of existence, scaring businesses out of this state with his frivolous lawsuits, and destroying Connecticut jobs? Oh, that's right, he is a decorated war hero who was spat upon when he returned from combat in Vietnam. I forgot his fairy tale.

Blumunthal: His wife comes from wealth that rivals McMahon’s, her family has real estate holdings that include the Empire State Building. As of this week, however, he said that he would not be using personal money to fund his campaign.

OF COURSE NOT. DEMOCRATS ONLY SPEND OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY!

NEVER THEIR OWN.

Malloy election equals bonanza for state unions

To the editor:

The election of Dan Malloy to be the standard bearer for the Democrat party will clearly define the battle ground in the fall election. He now owes his political life to the powerful state unions. If Malloy is elected governor we may as well turn over the keys to the Capital and the coffers of the state to the union bosses. That payback will come in the form of more spending, higher taxes and bigger deficits. We can also expect that pay and benefits to the unions will continue to outpace that of the private sector.

Tom Foley owes his nomination to no one. The only people he will have to pay back are the residents of the state of Connecticut. He will have the freedom to make the right choices to govern our state back to prosperity. The contrasts in this election could not be clearer — more taxes and spending versus job growth and economic recovery. I know which one I will be voting for.

The media would have you believe that wealthy folks that run for office are evil, that they are out to enslave the populace. The media give no credit to people who defy failure and make their own way and in the process, succeed. We don't like if they succeed beyond expectations.

Linda McMahon has told the public that WWE is not real. It is a gimmick she and her family used to entertain. Do you watch TV, MTV, read the comics, watch stupid shows like Family Guy? What is real? Some don't like that she made gozillions doing it. But they don't mind that Malloy and others will use $ millions of taxpayer monies to fund their own campaigns while millions go hungry and neglected medically - is this real? Don't kid yourself.

Beware of Republican Candidates who qualify their conservatism with words like 'fiscal'. When elected, they always turn out to be RINOs.
