Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States. "

proposed 29th amendment, that any Congressman may be removed from office by petition of 25% of the registered voters in his district.
NO IMPEACHMENT OR CHARGES NECESSARY. IGNORE OUR WILL AND SINCE YOU WORK FOR US, THEN YOU ARE FIRED!
If this were the case, I bet could have 25% of voter's signatures in the 5th district by the end of the week! Make it 50% and in Murphy's case I may take me until Sunday afternoon!
