Does the city plan on doing anything about the former Israel Putnam School on Osgood Avenue? It has been available for sale for several years, to no avail. It is a virtual eyesore that has been ravaged by fire inside the building, and unkempt landscaping. No amount of renovating will ever improve the building; it should be demolished. Undoubtedly the residents in the immediate area would be ecstatic!! I know I would be.

THE Israel PUTNAM BUILDING WAS PURCHASED BY A CITY BUSINESS OWNER SOME YEARS AGO AND DIVULDGE NO PLANS FOR THIS SITE.
