I love the look on his face, "What was that wrong ?" I guess you really do like being a politictian just like you said Pete. Only thing Pete, FDR and Lincoln never get arrested at a union rally/protest event did they ?

Anonymous said...

Heh! Peter. Have you moved into our district yet or are you still living in Hartford?

Vote for you? I knew Tony Tercyak. you are no Tony Tercyak!

Hey Peter, what will you be serving your guests?

Bread & Water?

We attack peter tercyak but he still wins.

We attack defronso all the time but he still wins.

We attack phil sherwood all the time but he still wins.

We attack Carlo jr. but he still won't vote with Salvio all the time.

We need to attack them more or do something else different.

Maybe that is why this city and our state are in such horrific financial condition, that we are actually ranked 50th financially and being the only state to have our bonds downgraded to "junk" because radical extremists like this guy are controlling our city council and our state legislature and can't stop spending money that we just don't have?

If the people don't wake up soon, we will be bankrupt.

Why do you think we lose another Congressional seat after every census? Because another 500,000 people have fled this state for a state that is run responsibly (more than likely by Republicans).

TIMEOUT:

The Governor and the Governor alone as the authority to Bond.

You're barking up the wrong tree.

Perhaps you guys always fail to win because to don't know what the heck your talking about.

Ridding our legislature of such a radical extremist this November would be a good start to putting our state back on track to fiscal responsibility. Just look at this guy's voting record and decide for yourself.

Doesn't Tercyak still live in Hartford?

This is just the kind of story that Jim Craven would do a good job writing about, and is probably why he is no longer with the Herald, because the editor apparently won't allow his reporters to report anything negative about a Democrat.

A state Representative (I can't say from New Britain because rumor has it he does not live in New Britain) representing a New Britain District was arrested, and the Herald reports absolutely nothing about the incident while the Courant has the entire story complete with color photos.

This sums up the uselessness of the Herald and any sort of news source.

Speaking of the uselessness of The Herald, there were six police cars, an ambbulance, a lot of "brass" and people out on their porches on Friday morning about 10:00. I was a drive by feeling curious. Sounds like a story. Still waiting to read about it. Could it be a cover up for more Democrats??

Anonymous said...

Is this the best candidate the Democrats could come up with?

They couldn't find a candidate who actually lives in town?

New Britain REP. Tim O'Brien has done nothing to reform property taxes, education, or nothing else that he claims to have done. We all pay too much in taxes because of the out of control spending of him and his fellow New Britain Democrats like TERCYAK politics on the local scene and on the State level .

It appears that breaking the law is one of the quickest ways for a politician to advance in the Lib Dem Party.

Getting arrested apparently moves you up to a higher level in the crooked, corrupt Democratic regime.

Tim O'Brien wife,Rhona Cohen O'Brien, received the Iola Choice Award at the AACP Freedom Fund Dinner on Saturday night. Rhona moved to New Britain in 2006 and began working as director of Connecticut’s Health Care for All coalition.

She now works for Connecticut Center for a New Economy, which is preparing to implement the state’s public health care option,The Sustinet.

Mrs. O'Brien stated that her mission is supported every day when she realized that my brothers and sisters in the struggle need me as much as I need them and I will continue to fight for health care justice and The Sustinet.

Tim O'Brien's wife Rhona received an award and was probably the least qualifies of the bunch at the NAACP Freedom Fund dinner that night. She has only been in this city of New Britain for a short time and most everyone their at the dinner did not know she was O'Brien's wife.

One the cigar man at the dinner was DTC Chairman McNamara - - he has done noting but drag this city down. He has been chairman of the Democratic Town Committee since October of 1993 -time for a change ....time to move on...

New Britain Democrats have demonstrated again and again that the laws only apply to other people.

These elitist socialists are apparently above the law.

I'm laughing my you know what off at what you poor people have for a rep. You couldn't find a Democrat in these parts if there was an award offered for one.

I left New Britain some time ago to get away from the socialists that ruining the city and also from your crazy unbelievable taxes.

I'm in a town in Texas that is run by a Republican Mayor and Republican Council. Has a Republican Congressman and Republican Senators and a Republican Governor who is so popular that he is the longest Governor in the history of the state. Some of my friends say he will be president someday. I hope so to. House taxes are a fraction of what I used to pay and guess what, we have NO STATE INCOME TAX at all! And our state is not bankrupt like you crazy people. And to think I used to believe the crap put out by the union and fell for being a Democrat myself before I woke up. Now I don't even know someone in a union or who a Democrat.

I am thankful for this page as I check back from time to time to see how crazy it is gettin with the socialists ruining everything.

It gives me something to laugh at and remind me why I left in the first place.

We should all have the opportunity to buy quality health insurance here in America. But, at what price will it come? Will we lose our independence, our freedom of choice? Will our standards of excellence be downgraded?

Rhona Cohen-O'Brien leads a "coalition" to provide for healthcare for everyone. Just the mere word, "coalition" and the meaning of that word comes to mind,
"handout". Congratulations on your award as we face sky rocketing taxes and increased insurance rates.

This past week our government, Obama care, mandates that our "children" can remain on their parent's healthcare plan to age
26! and they can be included even if they are married! How long should an "adult child" be one's dependent? What are we creating here in America? As a person who gives to the government and does not take from the government, if I can't beat them, I'll join them.
Looks like our family is entitled to a FREE grandchild. Thank you for something, Obama.

Democrats, putting us all on the take.

It Appears that Jim Griffin is the person to vote for to replace Rep. Trecyak in the legislature.

Just today on Hannity they highlighted that because of Obamacare's mandate that you can get sick and then go in and buy insurance, forcing the insurance company to pay for your pre-existing condition, insurers in South Carolina will no longer accept any new applicants who have children, so children can not get health insurance in SC unless they already were covered by an existing plan. Since Health insurers can not afford to pay for people who are already sick to buy insurance and get them to treat their old illnesses (its called welfare) the only way to avoid the mandate of Obamacare is to refuse to accept anyone, so the parents of children who can no longer get insurance can thank Obama for destroying health care for their children.

Also today in Boston, Patriot Healthcare announced because of Obamacare, they are canceling all of their Medicare advantage plans due to Obamacare forcing them to accept rates that are a fraction of what it actually costs to treat someone, so seniors in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine will be forced to go back on traditional Medicare--government run health care, that fewer and fewer doctors are accepting once again because the federal government pays the doctor less than half of what it really costs to treat a patient.

I guess the Obama DEATH PANELS have started already!

Coming to an insurance plan near you, soon!

This is what Chris Murphy brags he is so proud to have voted for and promises to go much further with the government intrusion in your life if he is re-elected.

In the state of Connecticut, there are currently no laws restricting the filming of police officers.

There are also no laws restricting the video taping of a public official at a public meeting so long as you don't disrupt the meeting, so you can sit there and video tape every move he makes (whether he likes it or not) without violating any laws, can't you?

Frank: Yes, but the Democrats won't let you look for Health Insurance outside of the State; they would limit free enterprise!

What a contrast between the photo of Peter Tercyak being arrested, with a defeated look on his face, and the previous photo of Linda McMahon proudly marching along in Bristol's Mum Parade, with a multitude of potential voters waving supportive signs to vote for her!!
What a way to go!
Frank, you're a genious.

Doesn't Tercyak oppose the death penalty? In fact didn't he join his fellow radicals this last session in voting to repeal the Death Penalty in Connecticut because the Democrats want to spare Hayes and Komisarjefsky such harsh treatment?

In other words, the Democrats are for protecting thugs like this even against the will of Dr. Pettit who wants them to be executed!

Thankfully we have a Governor like Jodi Rell who repealed this ridiculousness and spared the citizens of Connecticut from these radical extremists in the legislature like Peter Tercyak, the great defender of vicious rapists and murders!

Yes, the majority democratic house voted to abolish the death penalty here in CT and Governor Rell had to veto their action. Whether this changes the outcome in the Petit crime or any other death penalty worthy case the irony is,
these same democrats are generally the ones who come out in full force to support pro-choice.

They agree with the murder of innocent unborn babies and on the other hand, legislate laws to protect the murderer from the death penalty. This just proves they have very little basic intelligence. We trust them with our lives and with our money in this blue state. CT is supposed to be smarter than this? Crazy voters. No common sense.

THIS JUST PROVES HOW OUT OF TOUCH WITH THE MAJORITY OF THE PEOPLE THEY ARE ELECTED TO REPRESENT THESE DEMOCRATS ARE WHEN THEY FORCE THEIR LIBERAL SOCIALIST AGENDA DOWN OUR THROATS AGAINST OUR WILL.

How much harsh treatment did Hayes and Komisarjefsy spare the Petit family, who didn't deserve any of the cruelty endowed on them? Should they be treated with warmth and open arms? I think not! They will get their just rewards in the afterlife.

The last time a Lib Dem New Britain Alderman was accused of residing outside his district (in his parent's pool house )Editor Smith of The Herald sent his "Ace Reporter" Craven out in the field to investigate. "Reporter Craven" stood at the curb, took a look at the outside of the pool house, (which was located behind the main house), and reported back that no one was living there. If a Republican alderman lived outside his district, Editor Smith and the Herald wouldn't stop reporting on it until he moved or resigned.
