I thought Senator DeFronzo was opposing the busway and fighting for the train for the good of Bristol, a town that he doesn't even represent?

DeFronzo has been in a position to kill this project for years since its inception and waits until now to voice his concerns in favor of rail? Why is it that every time a project gets close to being done people feel the need to put road blocks up? Welcome to CT people the land of steady habits where they cannot even think outside the box and vote for new people to run our governments.I'm moving South where there's a little more red in the water!

DeFronzo is doing the same for the people of New now as he did when he was Mayor, i.e., NOTHING!

Loser and pension grubbing phony!

Quote from a commenter, "One Men, Two Horses."
This is the quality of education from commenters from Bristol. Don DeFronzo will join them in opposition. And you wonder?

Not people, abstructionist liberal Democrats like DeFronzo, Sherwood, Trueworthy, O'Brien, Tercyak, etc.

These looney tunes Dems seem to feel that anything worth doing is worth derailing.

I'm sure it is easy to dismiss DeFronzo and his radical agenda to push for the rail on behalf of Bristol and screw New Britain on the busway.

Does Defronzo live in Bristol? He sure is acting like it supporting the rail to boost Bristol while at the same time opposing the Busway and shafting New Britain in the process. If he wants to represent Bristol, why doesn't he do us all a favor and move there?

I guess that means Stewart is dismissing Defronzo?
