Fox News Breaking Story:
Casting an unmistakable and perhaps permanent pockmark on the face of the Obama administration, a federal judge in Virginia ruled Monday that a major component of the new health care reform law is unconstitutional.
Judge Henry E. Hudson ruled Monday for the state's claim that the requirement for people to purchase health care exceeds the power of Congress under the Constitution's Commerce Clause.
Hudson's eagerly awaited decision invalidates the requirement that all Americans purchase health insurance by 2014 or face a federal fine. Hudson's decision is the first striking down part of the controversial legislation.

This is the only ruling a judge who adheres to The Constitution of The United States could make.dia
As long as Democraps continue to work against the overwhelming will of the American people, they can expect to lose one court challenge after another.
It is about time Democraps learned to read the U.S. Constitution.
I suppose liberals will boycott the Henry Hudson Parkway in protest of Judge Henry Hudson's decision?
Odumbo's socialist takeover of health care is crumbling before his eyes!
Dear Nancy.
We read the bill.
We hate it.
The Taxpayers.
It's obvious to NORMAL people that this would be ruled unconstitutional.
Of course it is un-constitutional to force someone to buy health-care
M E R R Y C H R I S T M A S everyone from Judge Henry Hudson!
Henry Hudson established New World claims for the Dutch in what would become New York and now his descendant has freed the slaves from the oppression of Obamacare.
After 2 years of stupidity, finally some good news.
For those that raised their hand and swore to protect and defend the Constitution when sworn into office, this ruling, and the subsequent rulings sure to follow, the Obama Health Care Bill for those that voted for it in Congress, is nothing less than a badge of dishonor symbolizing their disrespect for the citizens of this Country and for their oath of office.
Radicals like Murphy and Larson will soon find out that the Constitution does have meaning and they can't simply jam their brand of socialism down the throats of the American people simply because they are following the desires of the radicals here in Connecticut who are trying to push their radical agenda onto the rest of the nation.
The rest of the nation has spoken in the latest election, and thank God they disagree with the commies here in Connecticut.

HENRY HUDSON DISCOVERED NEW YORK, AND NOW HENRY HUDSON REDISCOVERED AMERICA!
Isn't it amazing that newspapers across the nation have led with headlines about the federal court ruling that Obamacare is unconstitutional. Even the NY TIMES headline read just that: "Obamacare Unconstitutional," but our own New Britain Herald doesn't find such a landmark ruling to be newsworthy.
Sounds like the editors are in mourning that their beloved socialism is crumbing at the feet of their Messiah.
...and they wonder why they are hemorrhaging readers?
