Frank, Keep up the good work! A little more than 3 hours after you posted this story, the NB herald posted a story entitled "Parking Ban Effective Immediately"
I wonder what their hurry was?
The Courant used to proclaim "all the news that's fit to print" perhaps the new slogan for the Herald should be "all the news Frank Smith reported yesterday?"
