I saw this article in today's Courant. What is it going to take for the people of New Britain to get the message that " Don DeFronzo doesn't give a
Rat's A#*" about New Britain. He cares more about Bristol and the Nicastro boys.

Don only cares about what's in it for him, in this case, getting the job at DOT from Dan Malloy. Malloy is looking for ways to cut state spending. If he appoints Don to DOT and tanks the Busway, the only thing he will cut in the long run is his nose to spite his face; he will lose upwards in the way of 1000 jobs for CT and $millions that have to be returned to the government, but Don will have taken care of himself once again.

Oh please it cant be true. Don cares about us, and wants to work hard for us, ha ha ha ha ha ha. Sorry I couldnt keep a straight face while saying that. Voters in NB will not get it. Look at the clowns that won in Nov. No one should be shocked with how any of them act. I defie anyone to come up with 5 good things that any of them have done while in office.

And as added bonus here is a nice little website that I just found, and would love to see grow. Please check it out, www.petertercyak.com

I guess getting a 3rd state pension means more to this guy than representing the people of his district?

It continues to amaze me how this so called representative of Nb gets away with these comments? A project that has spent around $100million already and he wants to flush it down the drain? Why the hell did people vote for this jerk in the first place when he never has put the people of NB first?
All Danady Don wants is another pension opportunity from the State of Ct. and that's a fact! How in the world can he collect a pension from the state along with a paycheck at the same time? It should be against the law but the fat cats, and bot he fits the bill, in Hartford continue to do what is right for themselves and screw the rest of us taxpayers.
Term limits is the answer. Get rid of these career politicians and their proteges before they all are eligible for pensions and bankrupt the system altogether!

The busway would originate in downtown NB and return there from Hartford, hoping it will bring potential shoppers and business to down NB. Where would the busway originate...Bristol or Berlin? What would that do for New Britain? Almost zilch!! Get with it people.
Also, if DeFronzo takes an appointment from Malloy, who would take his place? Best candidate would be Mayor Timothy Stewart. Who would replace the mayor, who has done much good in New Britain? Hopefully, it won't be Trueworthy or Sherwood! New Britain deserves better!! Mark Benacki, are you available, just in case??

WASHINGTON D.C. - The U.S Supreme Court has granted a petition to review an Arizona case challenging the constitutionality of Arizona's (PFPC) Publicly Funded Political Campaigns like (CCEP) Connecticut’s Citizens’ Election Program that NB Senator Donald DeFronzo and Rep.Tim O'Brien engineered based on Arizona's PFPC.

Governor elect Dan Malloy utilized Connecticut’s Citizens’ Election Program funds in the 2010 election campaign for Governor.
